Shipping Information

  • Pinball Machines & Arcade Games, are shipped via Freight Carrier on a pallet (Vitran in Canada / FedEx Freight in the USA). We will contact you when we receive your order to confirm shipping details. Once the game has shipped you’ll receive tracking info and will be able to plan your pick up when your game arrives at the shipping terminal. In the event, you have requested the curbside option, you will be contacted by the Freight Carrier for delivery. All games are delivered with a liftgate service and the driver will place the item in your driveway. (They may place it in your garage, but are not required to do so.)

Nitro Pinball Delivery

For games being delivered within the Fraser Valley, Vancouver (Lower Mainland) or Seattle area, we offer complimentary ground floor delivery and setup. All we ask is that you are flexible with your schedule, and we’ll take care of everything for you!

International Shipping

We only ship games in North America. That’s Canada & United States. We do not ship overseas.

In-Store Pickup

  • All orders may be picked up during regular business hours: Monday - Saturday 11am-7pm. Sunday 12pm-6pm. To ensure your order is ready when you arrive, please contact us to let us know when you'll be picking up your order.

Refund & Returns

  • Customer has 30 days to return the item from the date it was received.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Customer pays for return shipping.
  • Customer will receive a full refund or item exchange.
